Jlibet Terms & Conditions — Transparent, Simple, and Straightforward

Jlibet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using any of jlibet's services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between jlibet and all registered members of the platform. Opening or using an account without reading and understanding these terms is entirely the member's responsibility.

Jlibet's services are intended for personal entertainment only. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. It is each user's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their own country.

To register and use jlibet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. jlibet's services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited.
• You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or terminated at any time.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. jlibet will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing them with another person.
• Identity verification may be requested at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the given timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Jlibet reserves the right to reject any application or close any account, particularly if a member is found to be in violation of — or attempting to violate — these terms and conditions.

At jlibet, you can easily deposit and withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are completed in BDT.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. The maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: standard accounts 30 minutes, Gold members 20 minutes, Diamond members 15 minutes.
• You are encouraged to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not permitted — you may only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

If a technical error causes an incorrect amount to be deposited or withdrawn, jlibet reserves the right to correct that transaction and will contact the member directly.

Jlibet's bonuses and promotions are managed fairly for all members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. Typically, you must wager 10–30x the bonus amount before it can be transferred to your main balance.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, it will be cancelled.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from your bonus balance. Withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If you feel you cannot meet the wagering requirements after claiming a bonus, contact our support team to have it cancelled — however, any winnings earned from that bonus will not be returned.

Jlibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Members with active bonuses will be notified before any changes take effect.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on jlibet, covering sports betting and casino games alike.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless jlibet itself offers that option.
• Pre-match bets are automatically closed before the match begins. In-play bets are accepted while the match is in progress.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jlibet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any bet identified as linked to match manipulation or match-fixing will be voided, along with the associated account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlibet platform. Violations will result in permanent account termination and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets or creating accounts with the deliberate intent of exploiting the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money from illegal sources.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account, or logging into someone else's account.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

Jlibet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• For violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit KYC documents, or submission of incorrect documents.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months). A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• By court order or direction of a law enforcement authority.
• Upon the member's own request to close their account.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. Note that any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Jlibet believes that gaming is only truly enjoyable when it stays within your control. That's why we encourage every member to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from betting for anywhere between 1 and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you are unable to control your betting, activate self-exclusion — for 6 months or longer.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation.
